    Who can avail this facility ?

    Any Customer of Bank having Java enabled Mobile phone irrespective of the Mobile Service Provider viz. Jio, Airtel, MTNL, Vodafone, BSNL, Idea, Reliance etc., can register for "OBCmPAY" and avail following services- ;

    • Account Balance Enquiry Immediate Payment Service
    • Account Statement
    • Intra Bank Fund Transfer
    • Inter Bank Fund Transfer
    • Stop Cheque
    • Cheque Status
    • USSD Based Mobile Banking (Without Installing Application)

    The customers can avail OBCmPAY services by registering either by visiting the Branch, registering through ATM, Internet banking. User can also register himself without any pre request to any of the above channels. 

  • Registration

    Mobile Banking Registration through bank ATM

     
    • Visit the nearest OBC ATM
    • Swipe your card
    • Go to “Other services”
    • Select “Mobile banking”
    • Click on Mpay registration
    • Enter your registered mobile number and click on Yes.
    • Re-enter and confirm your registered mobile number
    • Enter ATM Pin and submit.
    • You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number for your MPIN
    • Download OBC Mpay app from Google and IOS appstore and enter the received credentials to use Mobile Banking facility.
    • User should have his customer ID with him while registering for Mobile Banking.
     

    Mobile Banking Registration through Internet Banking

     
    • Login into the Net Banking Application (https://www.obconline.co.in) and follow the steps given here under
    • Customer shall click “e-Services” main menu
    • Customer shall click on “Mobile Banking Services” Sub Menu
    • The customer shall select his operative account number. The associated mobile number and customer ID is automatically displayed on the screen. He shall click on Continue button to proceed further.
    • On Next Page, Customer shall enter the transaction password and Onetime password (OTP) delivered to the selected mobile number
    • After the successful registration, Customer shall be displayed the message “Registration Successful” and he shall receive an SMS from MBank Application mentioning the MPIN.
    • The customer shall download the new OBC-mPAY APP from Application Store as per OS of his handset i.e. Google Play Store, Apple Store.
    • During the first login, the customer shall be prompted to change the application Password and mPIN and after successful reset of passwords, the customer shall be activated instantly.
     

    Self user Registration

     
    • The customer shall download the new OBC-mPAY APP from Application Store as per OS of his handset i.e. Google Play Store, Apple Store.
    • User will be prompted to fill registration details.
    • User will then put card details which will be verified before registration and he will receive instant mPin.
    • During the first login, the customer shall be prompted to change the application Password and mPIN and after successful reset of passwords, the customer shall be activated instantly.
